Supervision

Clinical and Somatic Supervision

Supervision provides a reflective and embodied space to support therapists and practitioners in their clinical work. It is a place to slow down, clarify process, and deepen understanding of both the client’s and the therapist’s experience.

My approach to supervision is grounded in somatic psychotherapy and Biosynthesis, with attention to relational dynamics, countertransference, and bodily responses as meaningful sources of clinical information. Rather than focusing solely on technique, supervision supports the therapist’s presence, regulation, and clinical orientation.

In supervision, we may explore:

Therapeutic relationship and attunement

Somatic and emotional responses in the therapist

Trauma dynamics and nervous system regulation

Clinical blocks, uncertainty, and ethical questions

Integration of body-oriented approaches into practice

Supervision is offered as a collaborative and respectful process, supporting professional development, clinical clarity, and sustainable therapeutic work.

This space is suitable for psychotherapists, psychologists, and other helping professionals working in individual or group settings.
