About me

Juan José G. Martín

Somatic Psychotherapist · Psychologist

I am a somatic psychotherapist and psychologist working with adults in the treatment of trauma, emotional dysregulation, and stress-related difficulties. My clinical work is grounded in Biosynthesis, a body-oriented psychotherapeutic approach that understands human experience as an integration of body, emotion, and mind.

At the core of my work is therapeutic presence: the capacity to attune, to listen beyond words, and to support the natural self-regulatory processes of the organism. Rather than focusing on pathology, I work in a resource-oriented and relational way, respecting each person’s rhythm and internal boundaries.

My training includes Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy, Trauma Reprocessing, EMDR (Level 1), and ongoing postgraduate training in Biosynthesis Somatic Psychotherapy. I have clinical experience in private practice and inpatient addiction rehabilitation settings, working both individually and within multidisciplinary teams.

I offer a calm, grounded, and reliable therapeutic space where deeper contact, integration, and change can gradually emerge.
