Somatic coaching is a body-oriented and resource-focused process for people who seek greater clarity, stability, and embodied presence in their personal or professional lives.
Rather than working with clinical symptoms, coaching focuses on current challenges, decision-making, transitions, and the development of inner resources. The body is understood as a primary source of information, orientation, and resilience.
In somatic coaching, we explore:

Boundaries, agency, and decision-making

Sustainable ways of managing stress and responsibility
The process is experiential and reflective, combining verbal exploration with body-based awareness and regulation practices. Attention is given to how patterns of tension, holding, or withdrawal appear in everyday life and how new, more supportive patterns can emerge.
