I consider psychotherapy as a space where there is a deep contact between the therapist and the client and the client with himself. A place where the client integrates the dimensions of their personality, can develop, bring resources that enhance their sensitivity and connection with themselves.

Transactional Analysis

It helps people understand how they relate and communicate with others. It focuses on recognizing patterns we learned in childhood that can still impact our relationships today.
